Moses and Kathy and their five children have owned Zook's BBQ Barn since 2012. Moses has worked in the food industry since he was 13 years old and has developed both a respect and gratitude towards his customers in the business. His priority is to ensure the best possible experience while maintaining a commitment to quality and service. A true lover of grilling and barbecue artistry and craftsmanship, Moses demands only the finest meats and cooking techniques for Zook's. We love BBQ and grilling as much as we love serving our customers with the best quality food and taste possible. We take BBQ very seriously. Our chickens are hormone and antibiotic free. Our smoked and rotisserie chicken and ribs are our specialty and we've mastered our recipes and ingredients ever since we opened our doors in 2012. Everyone loves our variety of fried wings and smoked items where we use our proprietary delicious dry rub and all natural seasonings. Our homemade mashed potatoes are also extremely popular.
